Eligibility Requirements
This program is designed to support individuals who are motivated to start or advance their careers in HVAC. To enroll, you must:
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be currently unemployed or underemployed.
- Have the ability to read and write in English.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be eligible to work in the USA with proof of documentation.
- Pass a pre-assessment in basic computer literacy, math skills, and measurements.
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
- Be in good physical health, capable of standing for 6-8 hours, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Be available to attend a mandatory Orientation and Career Readiness training the week prior to the session start date.

- Other roles within the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry
Certifications Earned
- Universal EPA 608 Certification (which requires passing a four-section test: Core, Type I, Type II, and Type III)
- NATE Ready-to-Work Certification
- Clean Tech Heat Pump Water Heater Certification
- ESCO Soldering and Brazing Certification
- ESCO System Recovery & Evacuation Certification
