Pathways to Finance (Program is offered at NO COST to clients)
- Students learn the essential skills needed to prepare for a career in the finance industry
- Learn about exciting topics such as banking basics, managing personal finance, building relationships and rapport, tech in banking, understanding customer needs, cash handling, and much more!
- Students are provided with job readiness training such as resume writing, job searching, mock interviews and/or interviewing techniques

Course Information:
Pathways to Finance prepares bilingual individuals for careers in banking and financial services while improving pathways to employment in these industries. Class topics include:
- Role of a Financial Professional
- Building Relationships and Rapport
- Understanding Client Needs
- Ethics, Confidentiality, and Information Protection
- Safety and Security
- Compliance and Regulations
- Cash handling and Check Fundamentals
- Technology in Banking
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Fluent in English
- Bilingual (any language)
- Basic computer skills
- No adult felony convictions
